Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with webem.io. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for credits and subscriptions purchased on techlis.net.

1. EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. By starting to use the Services or consuming any credits, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully delivered or all credits consumed.

2. Credit purchases

  • Unused credits purchased within the last 14 days are fully refundable.
  • Partially consumed credit packs are refunded pro-rata for the unused portion.
  • Promotional, bonus or gifted credits are non-refundable.

3. Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions: cancel any time; the current period remains active until its end and is not refunded.
  • Annual subscriptions: a pro-rata refund of unused months is available within the first 30 days of the term.
  • Renewal charges may be refunded if cancellation is requested within 7 days of renewal and the Services were not used in that period.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with your invoice number and the reason. We will respond within 5 business days and, where approved, refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied where the account is suspended for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or where fraudulent activity is detected.
