This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of webem.io services. It applies to everyone with access to the Services and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content
- Illegal content, child sexual abuse material, or content that incites violence or terrorism.
- Material that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Defamatory, harassing, hateful or discriminatory content targeting individuals or groups.
- Malware, exploits or content designed to compromise systems.
2. Prohibited activities
- Reverse engineering, scraping or circumventing rate limits and quotas.
- Sharing credentials or reselling the Services without a written agreement.
- Using outputs to deceive users about the origin of content (e.g. impersonating brands you don't own).
- Generating content intended for spam, phishing, election manipulation or large-scale disinformation.
- Submitting personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.
- Probing, scanning or load-testing infrastructure without written permission.
3. AI-specific rules
- Do not use the Services to build competing AI ranking products by harvesting outputs.
- Do not feed protected health information, government IDs or payment card data into prompts.
- Always disclose AI-generated content where required by law (e.g. EU AI Act transparency).
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, warn, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts. Severe or repeated violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Report suspected abuse to [email protected] or [email protected]. Please include URLs, timestamps and a description of the issue.
